About Dr. McClure
Dr. Caitlin Bailey McClure is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in integrative and non-medication treatment options. She is a native Houstonian and graduated from The Kinkaid School in 2007. In 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and went on to earn her Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston in 2013. In 2023, Dr. McClure earned a Ph.D. in Integrative Mental Health from Saybrook University. Trained in advanced techniques including Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS), Photobiomodulation, and quantitative Electroencephalography (qEEG), Dr. McClure helps each client explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and works to identify patterns that may contribute to their distress.
With a keen interest in uncovering the underlying causes of mental health issues, Dr. McClure also offers diagnostic tests such as micronutrient testing and food intolerance and sensitivity testing. This comprehensive approach ensures that treatment plans are tailored to the individual's unique needs, addressing potential physiological factors that may exacerbate psychological symptoms.
In her practice, Dr. McClure utilizes both individual and family psychotherapy, as well as Virtual Reality CBT, fostering an environment where clients and their families can work together towards healing and symptom reduction. With a passion for helping others and a wealth of knowledge in integrative mental health, Dr. McClure is dedicated to providing exceptional care and empowering individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, Marshall, Molly, and Collins. She also loves scuba diving with Great White Sharks and is an avid Shark lover.
About Audrey Sebald
Audrey Sebald is a dedicated and skilled professional in the field of Human Development and Family Studies, holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Texas Tech University. Her academic journey is complemented by specialized training, including a BCIA Stens Academy course in Neurofeedback, which equips her with advanced techniques to support brain health and development. In 2024, Audrey further enhanced her practical experience through a groundbreaking internship at MD Anderson Cancer Center, focusing on non-invasive neuromodulation. This role allowed her to apply her knowledge in a real-world setting, addressing complex health challenges with innovative solutions.
Since joining Dr. McClure at CBM Integrative Wellness in 2023, Audrey has been instrumental in fostering the clinic's integrative approach to wellness. Her expertise in human development and neurofeedback integrates seamlessly with the clinic's holistic methods, enhancing the therapeutic programs offered. Audrey's work supports the clinic's mission to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical aspects of health, making her a valuable asset to the team. She is currently in the process of selecting a BCBA program to further her studies, underscoring her commitment to continuous professional development and expertise in behavioral analysis.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Audrey is passionate about traveling and spends substantial time with family and friends. She is an avid walker who loves to explore new places, meet new people, and connect with as many dogs as possible.
